Liverpool’s Independent Winter Fashion & Beauty Festival is a new festival that is coming to the city on the 1st December 2019, 12-5pm.
Due to popularity of the event, the festival will be located in “Hinterlands” in the Baltic Triangle, a huge warehouse behind the Baltic Market. It will bring Liverpool’s best & thriving independent fashion and beauty brands all under one roof.
