Spin – Rise Cycling
Located on Smithdown road and close to Penny lane, Rise cycling studio is a modern and fun place to keep fit. They have classes that range from 7am until 8pm, including popular classes “Bro’s VS Ho’s” and Hip hop Sundays.
They also have a great spot to grab a healthy juice or snack!
Yoga – Yogacita
From its pink mats, the spa-like smell, and the heated studio, this hidden gem in the Baltic triangle is the ultimate way to rewind after a stressful day and improve your flexibility. Yogacita offers a range of classes including Yin yoga on Wednesdays 7.30-9pm, and offers pop up classes such as womb yoga workshops! Keep your eyes peeled for classes to suit everyone.

Grit Les Mills – JD gym Liverpool
JD gyms offers a range of classes, a great atmosphere and is located right in the city centre on Dale street. Grit is a high intensity class that will improve both your strength and cardiovascular fitness.
GRIT classes:
Monday – 17.30-18.00
Wednesday – 7.15-7.45
Thursday – 19.30-20.00
Boxing – No limits gym
Located in the baltic triangle, this gym specialises in boxing and strength and conditioning classes. They even have boxing classes especially for kids on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 17.30-18.30. Their strength and conditioning class on Wednesdays 18.30-19.30 is also a firm favourite!
